Court strikes down ban on soliciting day laborers

I got no problem with them soliciting for work. People need to find work and they need to find a job somehow.
If I was a desperate and unemployed, I would do the same thing.

good court decision, most are humble good people,
freedom to assemble, free speech, restraint of trade
granted, the day labor corner issue is somewhat complicated, however, the push against them was more of class warfare of those who felt above them
and looked upon them as eyesores
day laborers also tend to police themselves, and expel troublemakers and discourage conduct like urinating and drinking in public
skilled craftsmen are not affected by day laborers and they still thrive and recieve top pay

Horrible decision! Of course the "Professor" (snicker) would not want them in front of his home.
