Race for Harman seat grows

The race for the 36th Congressional District seat - usually a low-key affair - is getting more crowded as a Redondo Beach financial adviser has announced his intention to run for the Republican nomination.

Harmon voted the for the 787 billion dollar stimulus plan. She also voted for CAP and Trade. Nobody in Congress bothered reading either piece of legislation before voting "YES". In addition, she didn't have the guts to hold a town hall meeting. It wouldn't surprise me if she will vote for the government option on healthcare. Jane Harmon has been in Washington DC too long and thinks we are working for her instead of realizing she is working for us, the taxpayer. It is time for Harmon to retire or be retired. She represents her party's radical ideas and not the best interests of her country or her constituents.

What record in RB? He has not done a thing in Redondo! He holds no office or
community leader role in Redondo.
