Caring police: Officer Mann

My thanks to Officer Mann of the Kirkland Police. I blew out a tire on 405 Wednesday night and ended up in a remote spot. I had help on the way, but Officer Man was concerned about my being parked in an area where traffic came through pretty fast. He changed my tire for me and got me on my way! I am very grateful and he may well have saved me from being hit. What a nice guy!!

Officer Mann is a rude cop, I almost got assaulted in downtown Kirkland and I had to pepper spray a guy and he called me all sorts of names but I filed a complaint so I am sure that rude cop will get at least a good talking too. I am glad he helped you though maybe he is not all bad.
