Redlands girl charged as an adult in Yucaipa Halloween stabbing

Prosecutors today charged a Redlands teen as an adult in the slaying of another teen at a Halloween party in Yucaipa.

she can and is, believe it. She was old enough to make the decision to take the knife to the party, life or death she still made the decision. It will be up to a jury to decide if she did it on purpose or accident. It is in the hands of the justice system now.

oh yes she can , and she deserves to be charged as an adult , she has taken someones life, thou shall not kill murder is a felony she should get life in prison without parole , i doubt she will get the death penalty ,but she knew what she did was wrong , some defend her and some will defend the victim , but bottom line its all on her now the other girl is dead and that does not give much hope to this girl who is now facing a life behind bars , when you commit the crime you should do the time these kids really think this girl is getting out soon , don't hold up a welcome home banner for her or plan a homecoming party kids , her new home will be in prison if justice is served , because this other girl the victim is DEAD

honey you don't get a second chance when you brutally kill someone , she is getting life or the death penalty , they charged her as an adult ,murder with special circumstances the other girl is DEAD , how is it self defence when you stab someone over and over again

oh yes she can!!! now in the state of california any child over the age of 8 can be tried as an adult but cant get the death penalty!!!

i believe this is bullshit. people have been getting stabbed alot in these little areas. i hope this girl gets what she deserves. when my friend got stabbed the kid that did it was 14 hes gonna be locked up til hes 32. and i am feeling for the familys of the girl. i am sorry for your loss.my blessings go out to you.
