Concerned in Redford Livonia, MI	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Aug 25, 2011 A beige/tan Ford Explorer, license plate number BWT 3986 has been driving through Redford neighborhoods. The occupant is photographing any home with an open garage door with his cell phone. When the driver saw me photographing him, he took off. This is the second time within three days. He has been seen between Six Mile and Five Mile from Inkster to Beech. His rear right hubcap is missing. He is a balding male with dark hair, medium skin-tone in his mid to late 30's.

Keep an eye out for a black male and a white male in their 20's. One will be riding a bike. We found the bike outside our home this morning. I believe the Ford Explorer and the two men are working with each other.
