Budget cuts: Who will care for the caregivers?

Another Chico nonprofit is facing the state budget ax. Mountain Caregiver Resource Center, a program of Passages Adult Resource Center, is among caregiver programs throughout the state proposed for funding elimination in July.
Gov. Brown has no problem with taking food from the tables of the poor, sick and elderly but he's fine with filling the troughs for his pet pig's like Jane Dolan,
