LA MALFA has taken 4.7 million in subsideis from the federal governemnt since 1986??
to NOT grow rice.

I wonder what his teapublican voters think of that???

I guess it is ok for one of thier own to take federal subsidies?? but as soon as someone else does it?? watch out!!
