I want to thank you for writing a reply comment. I have received my PhD from Howard University in 1978. I have also attended Southeastern Theological Seminary in Wake forest and have received a master’s degree in divinity. After I was ordained at my first church I have been a pastor of a house church since 1995 and my wife and I are the founders and directors of the Hallelujah Soup Kitchen. I am still maintaining my full time teaching position as a chemistry teacher. When other people write about me they either refer to me as Moges Abebe, Dr. Moges, or Pastor Moges in which I have no control. Thank you for your comments and if you ever want to volunteer at the soup kitchen and experience the joy of giving and a lesson on humility please contact me and I will reserve a place for you.

Moges and I attended Howard and earned our doctrate degrees in 1979. He always cooked good food. We both have some thing in common-food and culture. Modern day South Indian food is the gift of Ethopia. I have not spoken with him in a while. However, Moges remained always in my heart.
