I am always interested in the history of places. Where in relation to downtown was the drive in located. I used to visit my relatives in Clayton all the time in the 70's as a child, and later lived a couple of years in Tuskahoma in the 80's. I never knew that had been a drive-in in Clayton. Just the old closed theater on Main Street.

Thinking maybe where the Industrial Park is located now? The new clinic is going in there now. Wonder what other business could go in there?

The drive-in was in the open area on the left of the highway just before the road into Potato Hills South

I looked on Google Earth and I think I found it. It is about 150 yards south of the intersection of Hwy 2 and McGuire-Lennon Rd. I can make out the slight slopes of the parking lanes arranged in a semicircle around where the screen would have been. Neat!
