There was an incident that happened on Ash.
Sheryll Miller pleaded the fifth when she was asked about drinking on her front porch. After some harassment, she decided she would plead the fifth, which was the right to remain silent. They used the Supreme Court ruling, and declared her silence as evidence of guilt. She wasn't aware that the supreme court ever ruled on it.
Must be brave men like Stringer, Dugan, and Robert to charge an eighty-two year old Grandmother of three of a public-intoxication charge.
