He did get hurt at the tennis court late at night but the true story is he was seriously injured and both his mother and step father refused Jesse any medcial help until a full 5 days later. 4 of those 5 he was vomiting blood. That is why Jesse had to suffer so much and is in the condition he is in today. Extreme severe nerve and muscle damage and cannot digest certain liquids. If they would have brought him in the first day he got hurt when he was vomiting buckets vomit& blood he would of never, never had to suffer this much or be in this condition. So far nothing from child protection. A what point is it considered intentional greivous neglect? He almost died more than 4 times. Or was that he didn't die? At what point do you do something when a parent and step parent is that intentionally neglectful? Hellerrrrrr!
