LCB cites several local businesses

Several businesses with liquor licenses face administrative action after being cited for violations by state law enforcement officials.

They need to go into the Macungie Pub and cite them for ignoring the smoking ban. They serve way too much food to be considered exempt. Does anyone know where to report them?

I really don't think you should report them. They will come after you! They will hunt you down and blow smoke in your face! They will use their evil ignition products (lighter & matches) to give you hot foots/feet. They will blow smoke rings on your fingers! They will put cigarette butts in your garden, and will track down your dry cleaning and make it smell of 2 day old smoke.

Seriously though, you could email the PA liquor control board, they would know who to report it to. It should be easy to find out. Good luck with that. I smoke but if it is against the new law, then so be it.

Many bars/pubs filed for exemptions and, while the those decisions are pending, patrons may continue to smoke.

First of all the smoking laws are not handed down by the LCB (they only handle liquior & gambling rules), the PA Health Dept. is in charge of the Clean Indoor Air Act (CIAA). The CIAA rules are very confusing and have a lot of gray areas (they were smoking when they wrote them). Unless the place is clearly marked NO SMOKING then there is not a whole lot that can be done, at least not at the present. Yes, I am a smoker.

These places should do what the bingo hall/club up on sullivan trail does. they hide the poker machines in a room next to the bathroom and only open it up to members and people they know. This way the LCB won't see them when they come a knocking.
