Hoofy - USSA is just trying to get you ticked off. I think your daughter is a beautiful gift. You are right you see an angel everyday.
I have a stepson and a granson (my husband is 12 years older then me). We have been trying to 6 years for a child - no luck yet but doing lots of practice. Anyway, you're very very lucky to have a healthy little girl. Although, we might always agree with each others posting - I consider you very lucky to have such a sweet angel. I was offended too by USSA's comment.

I don't care if the student isolated the teacher and took all of her clothes off, there is a line that teachers do not cross; PERIOD! It is not negotiable and inexcusable. There is an assumption of trust that is afforded to a teacher and breaches of such are not to be tolerated.
Thank-you. Adults should behave like adults. Teachers have a special responsibility that comes with the trust instilled in them by the public. A child, even one "who thinks they know what they want" in a situation like this is really still a child. Emotionally the are not clear about sexual behavior and why they are behaving this way. Mostly they are looking for attention, approval, and trying to find some acceptance. For some kids, for some reason, this is how that need manifests itself. Teachers need to be aware of this and respond appropriately. If this story is true, this guy took advantage of his position.

What 14 year old in her right mind would find that lard but t attractive??????????
He may be a perv, but he's a handsome, well-dressed, perv with good locution and a personal style. How stupid are you if you judge people by looks and blame a CHILD who's been violated, because she had what you consider poor taste in men. Next you'll say she was so stupid she was asking for it.

Oh, and some student up there in the board said that the girl led Mr. Miller on. I am guessing that the girl thought she was in love. Maybe in a 14-year-old way she was feeling the strongest longings she had ever felt. This is normal. She may even have "started" it -- too bad! he should have stopped it at eh first hint, and then talked to the guidance department about it.(Not that the UPMS giudance dpeartment did my family any good. hmmm. Bad advice.)

Soooooo ... are you crazy? the 14 year old is a kid! Regardless of what "kids wear today", you nut! Besides that does not explain why there are so many others students that are coming forward. What teacher tells kids "you can loose your virginity to me, you can trust me." eww. and he is grotesly fat. seriously, skip the 5 guys!

ps - the fat bastard is married and had a cell phone his wife didn't know about and safe full of underwear and love notes from other people/students. do you think it's the 14 years old's fault now?
who cares

This was my music teacher. He is very weird he loved to have physical contact with everyone. I was in the talent show that he hosted and he always to the victim in the hallway and they "talked" the whole time. The victims have never had any problem with this and I think this is rediculous. This is partially there fault this lasted so long. They didnt tell anyone and they let him do it. He was a nice guy but something happened and he just snapped. I was there when this all happened and when he walked out of the school form being arrested.

Victim = Teenager

Perpetrator = Adult

Whether the victim had a problem with it or not, the victim in this case is not mentally mature enough to know appropriate from inappropriate, but the TEACHER DID.

Lolita jokes are not worse than suggesting a horrible death for a group of mothers you don't like. Nuke. Is that funny to you? Haven't you ever known a Japanese person?

Daily Horoscope for January 3

Gemini

You are in a dissatisfied mood, and are just spoiling for a fight today. However, be warned that this could backfire on you unpleasantly, especially if you take on superiors at work. At home, everyone is used to your behaviour and they generally make allowances for you, as they will today.
