<quoted text> One thing needs to be made perfectly clear, quakertown. None of my comments regarding the irresponsible lawbreaker were nasty. Why, in a public forum, would you care to usurp my right to freely and logically comment? Are you some type of radical wishing to deprive citizens of their constitutional rights? I have respect for people who obey the laws. People who violate laws need to be punished. This motorcycle driver broke many laws and injured several innocent people. The driver has brought hurt and shame to his family because of his selfish and arrogant actions. Society requires him to pay a price for his actions. This price can only be jail time.
Oh how i do love when people stand behind the constitution and use it as a shield when they act like morons. No one deserves to be injured and while yes he may have broken laws, at this point it is a conjecture. Tommy is a great person and unfortunately he made a bad decision. Like im sure you have. And to say that you only respect people who obey laws is a shear brilliant sentence (SARCASM). Every person has broken a law at some point whether they know it or not. Obviously your not a religious person because you are selective of whos life you respect. Well lady with all do respect, reading your comment made my IQ drop by 30 point. I hope to meet you someday because the only way someone can pass judgement the way that you did was if they are a perfect being. I hope that someday you will grace me with your presence. No please fly back up to your kingdom in the clouds and leave us miscreants here to rot. In Nancy's name we pray.
YOU WILL PULL THROUGH TOMMY!!!!!

qtown resident, the two injured kids are doing well, in fact, my one friend is going to be back in school soon, the other kid is resting at home but doin fine. As for tommy, the motorcycle driver, he is starting to move his arm and toes which is a good start, but stills got a long road of recovery ahead of him. But yeah, don't stress about them anymore, they are proggressing real well.

Little Tommy needs to learn that in society, those who not not respect the rights of others are punished Tommy disrespected the rights of those injured and he will pay after our court system finishes with him. Everyone can make a mistake. It takes an idiot to make a mistake that physically injures others to satisfy their misguided desire of pleasure. Tommy acted as an idiot in a social setting and bears responsibility to repay society for his cheap thrills. Arrogance and idiocy are not just excuses, And, lesser being, I am sorry to hear your IQ level has dropped into single digits.

Single digits, really. What are you like five? I guess intelligent thought is too much for some people.

Whether or not he faces legal repercussions he certainly will be facing financial ones, because it is a given that those hurt in the car will sue him.

Just out of curiousity, how do you sue a kid?Garnish his Pizza Hut paycheck? Seriously, how
does that work? Is he a minor?

He is not a minor. His earnings and possessions will be garnished until a judgement is satisfied. It could be for a lifetime. Arrogance and stupidity do have a price.

Tommy is NOT a minor

This thread has really turned ugly. Kids were seriously injured, false statements have been made and many assumptions have been made. What happened to all those involved was horrific at best.

Tommy has learned a serious life lesson by almost losing his own life and having many months if not years of recovery ahead of him. He has been serving time in a hospital bed for his actions. The others innocent boys that were injured by no fault of their own are recovering and hopefully with no long lasting complications.

Tommy's insurance company will be paying out the nose to cover hospital costs not only for him but for the others and Tommy will be uninsurable for sometime and then his rates will be unaffordable for some time after that. The parents of the other boys will most likely (no a guarantee) will sue Tommy and in civil court and because Tommy lives at home and POSSIBLY is insured on his parents policy, his parents assests are now fair game.

Teens should be mandated to course not just on safety but on liability. Many have no idea (proven by the above poster) how their actions can ultimately destroy their own families homes and savings.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Aquarius

Be careful now, because you could easily give someone the wrong impression and not even know that you're doing it. This is most likely to happen if you're trying to pussy-foot around them or avoid offending them, because that's when things could get lost in translation. You also have a tendency to sit on the fence now, which could make you seem slightly untrustworthy or shifty if you aren't careful.
