Are you the owners?
If so then after reading your post I understand why they will not talk with you! Maybe you are the one who needs balls.

The place is half unkept, and spews material that adheres to and damages autos. It should never have been allowed in city limits without better vent filtering/traps.

I worked there for a while. Left every day covered in black metal shavings. Half the machines in the shop have holes in the glass doors. I heard from multiple people told me that they pay OSHA off before they get back there. No joke. My supervisor told me that! They refused to provide us with gloves and it messed all of our hands up. The reason? Too expensive. Ha! Bull crap in my opinion. They don't pay anyone there nearly enough money And hire plenty of convicts and illegals because they will work for cheap.

It's going to take an inspection crackdown or a fatality for things to change around there. Mark my words.

And I was only in the machine shop. Imagine the foundry! Stories were enough for me!

All you have to do is call OSHA, but you better know what you are talking about when you sign the formal complaint. Read the Federal Guidelines they are at any library. Unions prevent this stuff.

you like to run YOUR mouth, put YOUR balls, er, face on here. And in the event you ARE company, and intimidation is your thing(really seems possible), id like to shake your hand. Then smack you with a hammer, because your tactics don't work, then throw you out back in that mess that poor lady got attacked in, to rot.

Worked here for over a year. No raises, no paid time off. Was forced to work 60 hours for weeks on end. While I was grateful to have a job, I soon seeked a new one and thankfully was able to find one. There is much disregard for employees and their safety while the head offices go to Hawaii with the boss man and family.

Concerning my anger, I cling to just enough of it to keep me from being abused, as for my "ignorance", you seem to deem opinions and ways that don't bend to yours ignorant, that's not my problem, your opinion means zilch to me. No one should bow to intimidation, but you're welcome to if you want.
