i was on RBS years ago, and got "fired" for buying plugs, plugwires for the old mini pumper and PAYING for it out of my OWN POCKET !!

fortunatly, i moved beyond begging to be a "volunteer fireman"...lol

You didn't get fired. You were kicked off because you were told to not buy them until approval was obtained, but went and did it anyway. You did that several times which showed you were a loose cannon who would never listen to anything officers told you to do. You were trouble looking for a place to happen. You were not "fired" as you cannot be fired from a volunteer organization. You were voted out by the membership and it was unanimous if I recall. Get over yourself, scrappy. And selling that antenna for poker money didn't get you anything but lost money did it? LOL

since you need to be "enlightened'
1- i have been a fire Chief on 2 seperate depts.
2-i have been, and currently are a Special police Chief, appointed by the Governor of Ky.
3- i am a and have been an emt for 12 years.
4- as for a "antennea" i have no idea what you are talking about, as i don't play poker, nor ever have.

as for the membership....it had some good folks on there, some wern't.

that's everywhere you go.

you wanna make fun of me, google me on the internet and we will compare "lives".
good luck in rbs.......

i happen to be a member of 3 fire depts, one city, 2 county today as well.
as for "something waiting to happen"....that's just funny.

if i wanted anything to do with your fire dept...i'd buy it.

The only ones that need to be enlightened are the ones that don't remember you. Why haven't you answered the charges? Just ask the former Chief and any member who was on the dept back them. Your name still comes up from time to time and it never is in a positive light. When we did a little checking into your past, we found out that you were not that well thought of in at least one of the Ky departments. They kept having the same problems we were having with you. You are the same one that called in the break-in at the HS car wash while working on a road crew. To refresh your memory, you sold that antenna when you lost your ass playing poker one night so you could stay in the game. You stay up in Ky and keep your opinions up there too. And in the state of Tennessee, you cannot "buy" fire departments, but if you were half as smart as you think you are, you would know that. You also need to learn some grammer. You type like a first grader.

answer what "charges" ? that i bought plugs and plug wires for a truck that me and a fireman liked to have never made it back to the station in...yeap, i did that...cause NO ON ELSE WOULD !
that whole area has a lot of good ppl...minus you and your type.
that "fd" you reffer too takes money from me and my family all the time, just to keep the doors open....call and ask the county...we even donated land for them.....
funny thing...the truth.
oh, and that fire cheif.....busted for stealing money from the crusade for children. Dirty ppl shouldnt throw dirt....i turns into mud....

Well you have absolutely no idea who I am or you are just grasping at straws or pulling a stupid punch because you don't like being told off on. Keep checking. You have me confused with some other member. And he lives in KY now so I guess that says something about you Kentuckyites doesn't it? LOL. And the chief then never did anything of the like. There never has been a 'Crusade for Children' in this area. You are mental. And the fact of the matter is that you were a loose cannon that would not listen to anyone even officers and were doing whatever you wanted. And the Kentucky State Fire Commission takes a pretty dim view of someone who won't listen.
By the way, you still got that stupid dog?

Scrappy, to make the post disappear you have to use the Law Enforcement link below. It will ask you to check that you are a legitimate officer, and then they will call and check that status. Further, if the posts doesn't show threats or possible discussion of possible harmful events in the future, they won't delete it. Further, I appreciate your service as a LEO, whether in KY or not. My concern is your temper on this site. As LEO, you are to be "above reproach", and not so hateful. Yes, although a police officer "special chief", you are still a citizen. Unfortunately, your LEO position puts your life in a spot light, and you got to suck it up and be the better person, or supposed to be. I don't know you, and am new to this area, and this is just my opinion.

well, im leo, ori and all.
however, my "tude was not directed in any way towards nice ppl in rbs, there are dear and i mean DEAR friends i had there.
there are a few ppl who made comments that were just empty jabs.
the person in question, made statements that were absolutly not factual, so i responded likewise.
if they don't have to play nice, neither do i.

when some one makes statements as they have, reguarding 1996-1997 when i stayed in rbs working, they carry this to 2012?
it sounds to be like they have a passion for stirring up trouble.

all people deserve the right to defend themselves in a court of law, or public.

I knew some of the firefighters there who should be topic of this conversation, but no, im not goin there. i.e "glass houses" motto applies here.

any ways, Ky and tenn atty generals have reached an agreement with 17 other states to produce ip addresses when summoned in civil issues such as slander ect.
topix is no longer a medium of invisiblity.

i stand behind my statements, im sure the other party would not want to enter litigation on the subject.
As i stated, this is civil, not criminal type issues as you well know.
it just upsets me as this person is likely sitting in a welfare apt somewhere, typing on a wal mart smartphone, trying to run ppl down.
just like the hs car was they brought up.
last time i checked, if you are working on a road crew next to a car wash and see someone take a sledge, break the door in, then id say that was reason enuff to notify local le.
this person disagreed evedently.
lets compare my life to this other posters, shall we.
since 1996-
2nd Lt. Air Force
Special Police Chief 2 times ( also current)
Emergency Management Director 2 terms
Emergency Management HAzmat Emergency Response Technician
F.R.A. cert. Locomotive Engineer class 6
Emergency Medical Tech 12 years
Nat. Cert professional Firefighter 20yrs
Fire Chief of fire district 1 term
Fire Chief of county dept 1 term
Royal Arch Mason
Knight Templar
Comissioned as a Colonel in The Honorable Oreder of Kentucky Colonels ( Ky's highest honor given by the state/Governor)

so, is it important that this person brags about ME getting "kicked off" of rbs fd ?
i think is funny actually.

well, i gotta bounce, so jus fidus liberatum leo friend !!
hope all in rbs is well and good stay safe out there chasin the bad guys..

he was a thief, and stole money from cripple children roadblocks.
the law got him and the board chairman for all that.
i exposed that. thats why im the "loose cannon" and "hated"...lol

dawg was chief in rbs when i was there n dawg was a kool dude and was always good to me !!
at least he would stand up n fight for the firemen !
danny was a good chief and a good guy, period.

I agree, you should have the right to defend your self. I do have some disheartening news. Last ruling from Supreme Court, from this district, killed slander law suits against individuals. LEO is considered similar to what a movie star would be. The position in itself makes LEO open to deep public scrutiny. Actor's, by their profession, are same, slander is very hard to do. And the IP address, even Topix won't release with out a judicial subpoena, which require an active criminal investigation, or attorney for civil suit. Hope it works out for you though. Wheels of Justice turn in different directions at times. Be safe. What is a special police chief? I tried to Google it, and also governors office to find the connection. Just curious. Is it a temporary appointment, or similar to Chief's / Sheriff's Association in TN?

leo = law enforcement officer
by appointment of the governor
there are only 42 of us in the state out of 4,3 million ppl.

A Texas couple who filed a defamation lawsuit five months ago against anonymous posters on the Internet forum Topix say they have unmasked people behind some of the offending posts.

Following a trail of digital bread crumbs, Mark and Rhonda Lesher of Clarksville, Texas, say they have confirmed suspicions they've harbored since the day they began their legal crusade.

Information disclosed by Topix, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, or the unique number assigned to each computer, led the couple to a business owned by the husband of a woman who last year accused the couple of sexual assault.

The northeast Texas couple filed an amended petition in the District Court of Tarrant County Texas last week, naming six parties and demanding a trial by jury.

The amended petition names Shannon Coyel, the couple's accuser, her husband Gerald Coyel and his brother James Coyel.

It also includes the business Apache Truck & Van Parts in Kennedale, Texas, and two of its employees, Charlie and Pat Doescher. The Leshers allege the computers tied to the IP addresses were used by the Doeschers.

Although the petition says both Gerald and James Coyel own Apache Truck & Van Parts, Gerald Coyel told ABCNews.com that his brother has nothing to do with the business.

Mark and Rhonda Lesher (shown here) used IP addresses to identify people they say were behind defamatory online comments. Gerald Coyel also confirmed that he had been served with the petition but said "it's totally fictitious."

He said the business has computers and "the public uses them all the time." But he emphasized that neither he nor the Doeschers made the posts. He also said that although he had read comments on Topix he had never posted comments himself.

"Not only do I know for positive that the people who run the business didn't do it, I don't believe that anyone did it," he said, adding that he lives about 200 miles away from the office in Negley, Texas, and only stops by the office about five times a year.

Coyel also said he doubted that the information disclosed by Topix and the Internet service providers really led to his business.

"I don't know how they tracked the IP address," he said. "This is going to help my business. This is going to help me get my name out there."

Last week, James Coyel told the Texarkana Gazette that he hasn't posted on Topix.

If you google topix lawsuits, ect, its everywhere that topix gives up ip addys when requested by the courts.
