these so called contractors, most get paid under the table, and by doing so, avoid taxes. Not fair for other hard working tax paying americans!

If they're not working they don't pay taxes either.

It really is unfair for the licensed, insured and bonded contractors that have to bid against those "cut rate" guys. I need the work as bad as the other guys, actually more because of the added costs to become legal. I say bust them and make the playing field level.
