Because without a trial and subsequent conviction,they can't be assumed guilty..even if you see them commit a crime.

For the thief who stole the Armidex off the porch:

Arimidex is drug to treat post-menopausal women diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer after surgery and to reduce the risk of the cancer coming back.

So have fun, take them all and we will see you at the emergency room when you get your stomach pumped.

And lets not forget the woman who needs those meds to try to save her life,she isn't getting them because you are an enema bag.
