Free car seat clinic today at Red Bluff Fire Dept

California Highway Patrol Officer Phil McIntosh and Tom Watson of the Corning Police Department stand ready to check car seats at the clinic to be held 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at the Red Bluff Fire Department.

No, it's not free. Salaries are being paid and it wouldn't surprise me that some overtime is claimed as well.
