C W Knauts is just doing his time; I don't believe he puts anything into any of his cases. He doesn't remember someone from one time to the next, he does not listen but rather likes to boast and talk. think he is a sorry lawyer and I would love to see him out of there. As for you; I guess you could look at this two ways; one, it is a shame that you have to be represented by him for anything and two, maybe you should have thought about that before you broke the law. need help wrote: i told the judge that me and him had conflick of interest and he said too bad that who you get!! what can i do this is my life they are playing with!!

You better hire your own lawyer. I call the attourney general's office in Little Rock, they laughed and said Clay County does what they want. But I figure a good attourney could help out. Try someone from out of the county. You will get stepped on if you don't.

Did you ever think maybe the reason they had to use CW in the first place is lack of moeny to hire someone!

well the truth is any lawyer knows the look and smell of money. C.W is no exception. show him some green and he may show interest in your side. he ain't gonna do nothing for nothing, would you? if so I got a lot of stuff you can do to make my life better if it is free.
write a check, but don't sign it until your interests are served, just let him hold it until you are satisfied. cut some bills in half and give the other halves to tape together when he serves you well.
C.W. is not on a crusade to protect and preserve the innocent. He enjoys the money he makes.
He will switch to your side as soon as you show him which side his bread is buttered on.
money talks, B.S. walks. take the hit or make things happen for you.
if this is not a felony charge money will set you free. if it is felony, withhold the final funds until he clears you. welcome to reality, with C.W. or anyone.

So many people are always too busy pointing the finger at someone or something else rather than looking at themselves. If you broke the law, was that fair? Don't get me wrong either because I believe that two wrongs don't make it right and I do think CW is lousy lousy and one day he will have to answer for all of it as we all will. Unless you have money to hire a private attorney I guess you are stuck; if that is not fair, I suggest you take it up with the "Fair" Committee.

It may not be fair but it is what it is. My suggestion to you is to turn to God because when it is all said and done; he is the only one that can help.

It is sad but you are correct. Is anyone ever found not guilty? The justice system in clay county needs to be reformed. It has been the same old way with the same people running things for WAY TOO LONG!

need help wrote: i understand Try Kirby Riffel @ Pocahontas AR. He's on public defender commission. U need public defender away from Clay County. Jonesboro had low income legal plan. There's a civil attorney on internet out of Massachuttes (mispelled). He 'worked' Little Rock case within last 3/6 months. Google him. Do Not give up - Never- Never give up. Try Law school @ U of Arkansas. Graduate students habdle pro bono law cases. Cochran Firm is you have civil rights case. They're on TV number 8 0 0 .
