Woman Calls Police About 'Fake' Cocaine

A woman was arrested after she called police to help "get her money back" after she was unhappy with the crack cocaine she purchased.

She should not have called the cops ... that would be a consummer affairs division issue.

This is a perfect example of people not understanding the organizational structure of their local government.

For reasons that are now far to obvious ... the crack must have been pretty good--- enough to get zooted out to call the cops.
