THis type of thing would happen less if the American public was able to sue doctors that make mistakes. THis guy obviously had a change of heart and called the authorities himself to disarm the bomb. In reality, if one cannot sue the doctor responsible (because insurance companies have gotten legislation against lawsuits of this nature), then I can almost rationalize this guys frustrations. Maybe the doc needs to be blown up inorder to send a message to the rest of the world.

He should have just been happy with what he had in the first place instead of acting like someone with too much $ on his hands and desire to be superficial. Now if it was a medically-necessary surgery, different story.
