Positive things and reforms for the Cocalico Valley

Enough of the murder talk. You're all about going after "bad" people, but there is no preventative strategy. I myself am going to try to suggest some ordinances(in this case the executive order type) to help East Cocalico's police force.
Further, there is lack of global thought. I had presumed that since you all found this site that you would be comparing other parts of the state with Reamstown, and analyzing the positive and negative outcomes that Philadelphia, for example has on places like Reamstown(and other parts of the Cocalico Valley.
Union Barrel Works is a boon to Reamstown; even the drinking is fairly refined. Our youth cherish their freedom greatly--why isn't there a campaign to get a bike trail somewhere? And why aren't the East Cocalico police emphasizing the helmet law--there aren't any bike patrols for example.
