Fraudulent highway signs are potentially dangerous, particularly in downtown Reading.
Think of "Bonfire of the Vanities" to see what happens when one gets lost in the ghetto.
If the Doubletree is ever built, it will fail. Customers may get sucked in once, but will never return to downtown Reading.
