Biggest Sham going.

How is the landlord responsible for a tenant not taking in or putting out their trash on the correct day? Is the bank that leased my car to me responsible for my speeding ticket?

How come you have to pay the Quality of Life ticket in full to appeal it? That doesn't seem fair.

How come the appeal hearing is in front of the same people that gave you the ticket? Nobody knows what Due Process is in Reading? It would be like going in front of the Chief of Police for a speeding ticket. Good luck winning that one.

$505 for a half hour building inspection! It's cheaper to use the private guy, and you'll get more of an inspection! The city guys aren't really certified. Heck the one inspector was on the Graffiti Abatement Team a few months ago, now he is qualified to give building inspections?

The city inspector’s just point out obvious issues at an over inflated price. Chipped paint, no smoke detectors, cracked windows, etc. You don't get a roof cert, mold detection, or even a radon check for the $505 price.

Complete SHAM!
