PA declared a State of Disaster, and then a State of Emergency. How do you feel about companies that penalized employees for calling off during the hurricane?

PA signed a Declaration of Disaster. The only thing that does is open government spending without bids. Go to work.

Are you kidding, Mr. CEO?

Sorry. I thought you were asking for opinions and not looking for someone to stroke your insecurities The question mark at the end threw me off.
I'll follow your fictitious example. If the Governor had declared a State of Emergency and closed all traffic in the Commonwealth, you would need a red card to travel. If you did not have one and couldn't travel the roads, then your boss would be wrong for penalizing you.
But, none of that happened.
