I believe that the arresting officers had identified this person before the court proceeding and had identified him to come to court he shouldn't have no doubt in his mind as of who he was pointing out shouldn't matter where in the court room he is sitting there is no rule or obligation that makes the defendant sit next to his lawyer...I WOULD LIKE AND ANSWER>>>>
