how does the poverty rate correlate with the minority population rate ? how does it correlate with the IQ rate of people with < 100 IQ ? Why does the government use the term ' poverty rate ' as a substitute term for deadbeat rate, or lowlife rate ??

every ghetto has a very high minority population, when we subsidize parasites we get more and more parasites. Reading and Allentown were once nice cities but are turning ghetto due to the huge influx of section 8 parasites. slugs always pollute desirable neighborhoods with their culture of filth and entitlement. welfare broodmares on the baby for bucks program, having babies they have no way to support or raise. every place taxpayer funded LaRAZA sets up shop turns ghetto. we are paying LaRAZA to make our cities ghetto. if you want to destroy a neighborhood just move some section 8 parasites in and all hell breaks loose.
