With tax increases like the one proposed there won't be any residents left to even worry about bankrupt. Does your Mayor live in Reading?

The extremely high taxes in reading is just going to force all the taxpaying homeowners out, then you will have nothing but a bunch of foodstamp lickin`slugs to pay the freight. that`s scary.

He does live in Reading on paper. If he really lives there I'm not sure, but considering the location of his house I would assume he lives there. Meaning that his house is not in the "ghetto". In fact his house is actually near Albright College. So it's as close to the suburbs as you can get in Reading. However, many city officials that are required to live within the city limits simply rent an apartment or purchase a cheap house but live elsewhere.

I forgot to mention that there have been reports that he lives in the suburb of Wyomissing.
