Hey Judicial system,
give me your mothers address. I'll fire a slug through her window and see if you're so quick to forgive then.

You see, there is the difference. If you intend to fire a slug thru a window - it is different than being utterly stupid and playing with a gun. And if you fired one thru my mother's window, you better duck because one is coming back out at you.

I am not saying the fact that these guys got their wrists slapped is right - because it is NOT. They should have gotten more punishment. It is just a fact of life - you can not prosecute people to the fullest extent of the law for every infraction. Plus, it is often at the discretion of the Judge or DA. Just like it is at the discretion of the cop as to whether to give you a ticket if you get stopped.

How about the murderer who gets out in 10 years - is that fair. God NO. How about the guy that cuts off a dogs ears and basically nothing happens to him. Is that right... NO. It bites, but it is a fact of life - there is not enough money prosecute and encarcerate everyone. I believe in the death penalty. People intentionally take a life and there is a mountain of proof - that person should lose his life. I believe in alternative forms of punishment like home confinement. Why should the taxpayer have to house and feed criminals. Along with some of these CWOFs, hand out home confinement (with electronic monitoring) as an additional punishment.

Your mother is a gun owner huh
or do you still live at home? I'm surprised that you took time out from your quest on World of Warcraft to respond.

It just hit me. You're a mall cop aren't you. You got a high score on the police test but you couldn't pass the psyc evaluation or the sit ups. Hey, it's ok. Not everyone gets to be what they want when they grow up, but most do move out of their parents basement. You're just a late bloomer huh?

If he weren't a cop - he'd be going to jail. Crooked judicial system from top to bottom. He'll most likely get a promotion and good benefits for a job well done. Another NO GOOD COP. Give him good detail pay also for not going to jail. And extra money for having a useless degree. And thousands of dollars for uniforms. etc. etc. etc. AT LEAST THEY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO OBEY THE LAW - GETTING TO BE A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY HERE . . . . . WITH GREAT BENEFITS.

Sad situation our judicial system, I'll remember to bring my gun next time I go to a party and get drunk. I'm requesting that y'all leave yours at the door though.
