see what happens when u r a pig??? u get special treatment , shoot a shotgun into someones home and you get a slap on the wrist and a have a nice day, let that have been a young cambodian kid , or a puerto rican kid from Lowell and they would do at least a year (record or no record) let it have been white kids from Ayer that beat a black kid to death and they would get life (oh wait that did happen and they will get out next year).....GOD BLESS THE LEGAL SYSTEM

this is because it was one of middlesex sheriffs boys house that this happened at. Winkwski drives Dipiolas million dollar bus, Dipiola and the Chief of Dunstable fixed the judge so his driver Winkowski wouldnt lose his license to carry a firearm, if this was any other civilian who fired a shotgun at this poor womans house they would of been locked up in a second. i hope this woman sues all involved even the Officer that responde to the call,he should of locked them both up right away, firing a gun while intoxicated, the fix was in.

Dipiola fixed this ,just like he fixed it so his SEX OFFENDER brother, doesnt have to regester as a sex offender.I hope the feds catch up to him for political corruption, tax evasion, bribery, extortion. This Winkowski should of went to jail that night, he put a lot of people in danger and he should never be able to wear a badge again, drinking and guns dont mix.The Attorney General should look into this case.

Why dont they ban Dipaola from drinking alcohol? Why dont they have Dipaola write a letter of apoloigy to every employee he has shaken down for cash? Never mind he can write that letter as part of his Plea Agreement (:

Had this been a LTC holder that shot into someones house
he or she would've lost their right to carry a firearm in Massachusetts for life.
I guess we all should become police officers so we can enjoy those benefits of the "privilege ones" .
I guess the laws of Massachusetts doesn't apply to police officers.
What a crap piece of State.

Does anyone know who this woman is? I would like to tell her the name of a good lawyer, that piece of shit Winkowski should of went to jail, instead he gets to keep his job driving dipiolas million dollar bus. and he gets to keep his LTC. If I was her I would sue Winkowski, Dipiola ,and the Dunstable police chief for putting that poor woman and her family in danger from a drunken psycopath with a gun.

Another inept, and moronic cop beats the system. He wouldn't be on the force if it wasn't for the police union.

Judicial deals are made all the time. If you have evidence of a corrupt deal - come forward. D
People get arrested for all kinds of things and the courts often forgive the person that is new to the court system - it is called CWOF - continued without a finding. If the person gets in trouble the subsequent year then he/she needs to answer to the charges that were CWOFed.
Society could not pay for locking up every person that breaks a law.
So... if you do a crime - you too could catch a break too. Do you get a ticket everytime you get pulled over? NO - it is called getting a break. My friend was stopped and had pot in the car, he was honest with the cop, gave it up and the cop threw out the pot and sent him on his way. It was called catching a break. Sorry you don't like the fact that the cop caught a break. Cops make mistakes too - they like everyone else just needs to learn from them. I would like to think if either of these guys screws up in the next year - the court will act differently.

I would suspect that Wilson's job (I guess he has no first name) will be in jeopardy. I'd be surprised if he is allowed to keep it now that the court is done with him.
