As a result of a traffic stop, an officer arrested Mark Sullivan, 50 of Everett on outstanding warrants. Sullivan, who original gave officer the alias of John Regan, had warrants for his arrest for driving without a license forgery and vehicle violations. The officer also charged him with giving a false name
