The Saugus library is a very nice facility. Too bad things like this happen. The children have to pay the price. Hope that there will be a resolution before the doors close.

i just returned a book to the wakefield library and i then asked to use their computer. at first the (rude) librarian said, if you have your library card, just type in the number. as soon as she checked in my book, and saw that i was a saugus resident, she stated very abruptly and rather loud that "your from Saugus you can't use the computer" - i gave this look like "what do you mean", she then proceeded to tell me that "your library is closed and you can't use the computers". i just turned around and walked out;feeling a little humiliated, i may add. i don't know if i was more upset at her attitude or the reason why i could not use the computer; actually i was appalled that i was unable to use the computer. this is only a "tip of the iceberg" as far as losing services in saugus goes. F.Y.I, i called the library director later to report this woman's attitude and said it was not acceptable.

We need to make hard but wise choices. We may or may not like them.
1)Reduce no of hours
2)Run it under private organization
3)Ask volunteer from the city to donate their

2:Reduce schools hours OR 4 Days a week
3:Ask first teachers to vote they like to
layoff some teachers or willing to
except some pay cut, so we can keep most of
them on the job.
1:Ask each department people in the city
that they want layoff OR pay cut. Pay
cut will help to keep more people on the
2:Some services in the city we can share
with our neighboring cities and share
the cost with them can also help all the
cities to reduce cost.
