In Maine, no real deterrent for poaching

The Maine Warden Service, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services and the Pennsylvania Game Commission conducted an intensive four-month investigation into poaching activities in Maine and Pennsylvania in the fall of 2010, resulting in criminal charges filed against six people.

I would think the warden's are very insulted at the states decisions of punishment. Situations like this promote not giving 110% to catch offenders. Why would anybody want to work there ass off only to get slapped in the face....repeatedly ....
