A member of the Islamic faith cannot truthfully take an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States.

His holy book, the Koran, explicitly calls on him to convert others to his faith, or out of duty, kill them.

That's unconstitutional. He is not elgible to serve.

Let me see, in the 40's we not only banned all people of Japanese decent from service, we locked them up in INTERNMENT CAMPS all over the Western United States.

We have apologized to those innocent people. Let's not make such a stupid mistake again.

The Muslim faith does NOT do what you say. The extremists of the faith do.

Read the Koran. Japanase Americans are not bound by religious duty to kill us. Muslims are. You have no argument.

What a stupid and I mean STUPID thing to say.

Do you think our government should just pick groups of people to lock up in concentration camps?
Perhaps they should decide upon redneck ignorant people from Kentucky?
I'll bet you are one of those FEMA camp junkies who cannot see you are saying the same thing.....

Again you are wrong. If you have a heart attack in Campbellsville and they refer you to a specialist locally or send you to Louisville where the experts are, would you rather DIE than to go to the Cardiac specialists? They are Muslim and according to you they have vowed to kill you.
If you cannot breathe in Campbellsville and go into Respiratory Arrest, would you rather die than to have the Pulmonologist attend you because he is Muslim and according to you has vowed to kill you.

Don't you see how ignorant you are?

Years ago, our enemies said they would destroy us from within and with our elected officials and allowing such people in our military, I believe it is true. They have big muslim celebrations in the white house for their holidays.

One can be Muslims and love America. Their are many Americans who have a hatred for our nation and what it represent.

The man who did all these killings gave numerous warnings to the public and nothing was done.

We have lots of Anti-Americans in our Government working and making laws. Remember GITMO, CIA investigations...... and more.

Many politicians have a negative view of America as greed and corrupted. They reject our faith in God, Families and whole western culture.

I said nothing about anyone vowing to kill me. What I said is that articles of their faith, namely the Koran, instructs them to kill me.

What I would rely on, if being treated by a Muslim doctor, is that he really does not believe his faith, or that it is secondary to his duty as a physician. In either case, he would then not be a true follower of Islam.

The military is a different situation. First, you are required to support and defend the constitution. A true follower of Islam cannot do that. Second, he has to be willing to kill Muslims if ordered to do so by a non-muslim. Third, the lives of fellow soldiers rely on his unhesitating willingness to do so. Fourth, he is in an environment of violence, with the weapons of violence readily available. Fifth, we are not at war against doctors. Sixth, it wasn't doctors who killed over 3,000 of our innocent civilians on 911. Sixth, as a matter of governmental policy, we use different criteria to determine who can be a U.S. soldier than we use for doctors, many details of which will keep you out of the service, but not out of the medical profession. Seventh, you give me a choice between the Muslim doctor and an American, I'll take the American.

Have you given up trying to say that the Ft. Hood shooter's religion had nothing to do with the incident?

Our nation has better technology and better communication today. Sadly many Japanesses were mistreated but I assume the nation was trying to isolate and find possible weakness in our nation security.

Sadly innocent people were harassed in an attempt to find spies and get information. But when the nation security at risk what do you do?

We all make mistakes.

And you don't think that this applies? People on here are proposing harrassment and imprisonment of innocent citizens.

If you ever visit Arlington National Cemetery, as many are doing on this Memorial Day, you may notice that every now and then, a crescent pops up among the field of crosses. Few Americans are aware that many American Muslims have fought and died in the US Armed Forces, including in Iraq. When you wander the cemetery grounds that overlook Washington, DC, you'll notice the grave of Army Captain Humayun Khan, who lured a suicide car bomb away from the men in his charge, saving their lives but giving up his own.

We are not at war against Muslims. We are at war with Al Queda.
This is like saying during WWII we were at war with Christians.

It is your military and your country founded on a Christian concept of god. Is this what you want for your nation? A Muslim god that tells its followers to kill non-believers?

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Scorpio

If you haven't seen certain people during the past few days, how about inviting them over for a drink or a meal? You're feeling sociable and will enjoy doing some light entertaining although you'll draw the line at anything too strenuous. It's a lovely day for being in familiar surroundings with some familiar faces, even if all you do is flop on the sofa.
