I myself knew them teens and I also knew them when they were younger. I knew both parents and alot of the family and the one thing I will say is you have nerve. All the people who expressed their feelings about kevin and shawn in a special manner I agree. Those who like to blackball and criticize really you all should take looks at your own selfs. Kevin and Shawn were beautiful people as well as their many friends and family. I remember watching it on the News where I'm from and the first questions were what? Was it drug related? Was it gang related? and etc. Maybe they werent the perfect kids and what one's are? does not give anyone any damn right to take their lives away and then the one's who did it run!!! Takes alot of nerve to run your all nothing but a bunch of cowards and you will be found and penalized. Only because god dont sleep! Whoeva talks bad about these boys take a look at yourselves. I am sure that regardless of whatever these two did in their lives, they deserve some respect in death. If they had children, their memory should be clean and good.

Regardless of what happened, I hope they rest in peace, that their children know them for who they really were, and that those children grow up in a loving family protected from danger and evil.

Regardless of what the Vargas brothers did or did not do, everyone talking bad about them should be ashamed. It's still someone's son, grandson, brother, cousin. Hey Ruthless Reporter let me ask you a question or two? In your research how many people that new Shawn and Kev did you talk too? How many people that they would of died for did you question? I never got a chance to meet Shawn and Kev but, people I LOVE knew them,were friends with them and are still MOURNING them. You may not agree about how they lived THIER lives, but it was thiers to live. These men were fathers,brothers,sons and friends. I don't know what religion you claim to be but my GOD said "judge not less ye be judged" they were never meant to be perfect but to those who loved them they were perfect enough. Can you look yourself in the mirror knowing that you were HAPPY that two young men were SLAUGHTERED and you never even knew them. You need to look inside your soul and find out what the f**k is wrong with you to which you'd really be that glad a mother and father lost thier sons and kids lost thier parents and all that LOVED them lost them.
