Please read carefully. This man is suing the Maggiore company (where Fit n' Fitness was located) for the capital improvements put into the building. It is a lot of money ($250,000 -$500,000). This is the opening that I am sure everyone here has been waiting for.(Talk about adding insult to injury.) Anyway, under the LLC (Limited Liability Companies)any asset related to Fit n' Fitness we are entitled to a recovery. Imagine him stealing our money which went into the building, plus trying to get the money which is rightfully our money. I suggest we hire an attorney and sue him for recovery of our money. I know that it will be expensive, but if we all contribute, the cost will be worth our while. I suggest that everyone gets a free consultation with an attorney and shop around. We must move quickly on this.

Well, it's great to hear from somebody who's really benefited from this health club. I bet you plan on making many trips from across the damn country to visit this place. Oh wait, no, you live not only in another state but another coast and another timezone. How do you stand to benefit from a scam, er, healthclub in a town on the East Coast?
From someone who really knows what's going on, I would just like to point out that there are many accounts, from people who know this individual very well that have been with him through this debacle from the begining that have seen a part of this man you do not know of. If this money was just a "drop in a bucket" why won't John Coppell just pay them back and why has he been indicted on charges of fraud by the Mass AG? A famous actor, Clint Eastwood, once said "Opinions are like rear ends, everyone has one." |

1 As uspet as all of you are, and have every right to be, going after the kids and dragging them through this is wrong. It's not their fault that their mother was a a complete Jack-A** and dragged people into it. Do you really think that they had any clue, or would even know anything about the situation? John Coppell does NOT own Sal and Katies in Stoughton. He did at one time, but no longer. As of a few weeks ago, the place was closed anyway due to the economic times. Please be aware that ruining a child's life because of a ignorant parent is not the right way to go about this... |
