Review: Emma's Pub & Pizza

Anyone that says the food at Emma's is good need to seriously have thier taste buds checked. This place should be called the "GREASY SPOON". They serve Heart attack food! The prices are not that cheap, Everyone is rude there, I have tasted better frozen pizza than what they serve there. Owner Ron is Mess!! swears at employees and customers. has the phantom gormet in his back pocket,(don't beleive for a minute the praise they give him, anyone will praise you for the right amount of money).Do not plan on a nice quiet dinner there, you are moved like cattle in that place, it's loud, they turn over tables as quickly as possible to the point you don't feel like a customer. Owner Ron, walks around with a beer in his hand, getting drunk and louder as the time goes by. A good alternative: Try Alberto's Pub up the street near the Comcast Ctr.

Tried Emma's once at lunch time. Wasn't impressed.
80% Bar and 20% restaurant. The restaurant section feels like a take out waiting area.
The food was okay. A bit overpriced. But the outside decor is quite inviting.

And Alberto's used to be good until they expanded with table service. Takes twice as long to dine there, and at lunch time I don't have alot of time to waste. And the meals aren't consistent in quality. IE: Some pizzas are good and some are burnt and dry
