wondering wrote: <quoted text>How do you know LP was still alive that night? She went missing sometime in June and was found in July. I've already addressed that in an earlier thread. Actually I believe she was found in September. Her time of death is reported as July 3, which means she was still alive in June.

had enough wrote: <quoted text>I'm wondering what new evidence do they have in the LP case? The only thing different from 2008 is that he is being charged with MS's murder. Could that be the reasoning? If so, then they still don't know if he was the one who did it just because he's a suspect and is charged with another doesn't necessarily mean he killed LP. it could be very likely but with no proof, they don't have much on him except his actions with everything else. I did on one site read that they did find pictures of him full of blood and a bunch of women's id's in his trailer.
Interested, where did you hear that he went to 2 other hospitals? I didn't see that on any news site. You know someone involved in the case? A policeman? Or detective? I'm assuming the only way they can charge him for LPs death is if they found something when they searched his house. Pics, diary, etc.

It makes me sad to think that he was being called that because kids may have known he had some issues or something was just "off" and yet it may not have been taken seriously by any observant adults. I can tell you this--if my child was called that I would be investigating why. Who knows--his life would have been different. People in general are quick to criticize others rather than help--that takes too much effort. However 2 wrongs do not make a right. Making a judgment about someone's lifestyle or character is irrelevant in regard to whether they are deserving of being murdered or stalked or whatever. I can acknowledge that sometimes that lifestyle may put people in a position to be victimized or to victimize others even. But it does not make it "okay" or right. Hopefully those "in the know" about what really happened will discuss with the proper authorities without fear of personal retribution. Or fear that they could have unintentionally caused something horrific to happen to someone else. My suspicion is that some have lived in fear of that for too long already. That alone is enough to drive one to continue to drown sorrows in destructive vices. Agreed. And prisoners should be rehabilitated while incarcerated instead of working out and watching tv. If they received therapy and treatment while in prison then we would have less repeat offenders.

I cant tell you weather he murdered anyone are not, but just from the things he has done to his ex, there is no doubt in my mind he is capable of it, she was very lucky to get out without being hurt or killed.

Date of death "on or about July 3" according to indictment report--if a specific date is known, then it is because of new evidence, not forensics. TifRueLee-do you just like to play devil's advocate, or are you personally connected with BSL???????

The documents that were just released say that he spoke to someone with the initials AD about the crime in April. Anyone know who AD might be?

this guy thinks he is smarter than he really is.....here is my prediction they will find mickey ....and soon not more than a week at best... they will get the death penalty conviction and he will spend a few years trying to appeal to no avail and during that time it will be not pleasent for him...then he will be put to rest in a very humane way.... not like the victims that he has victimized....and there families.so the one thing i have to say to him is admit what you have done in stead of being cowardly..give the families peace (in someway)little as it maybe... and ask GOD FOR HIS FORGIVENESS BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT...FROM HERE YOU SHOULD DO THE RIGHT THING IF YOU KNOW HOW.....

I agree with you about them finding her body soon. Seems like with all these new warrants there's a good chance. And if they find her, I'm sure there will be lots more evidence to discover.

Who really cares though? Guess its not their family being victimized.

It did say conversations he had with other inmates. One could be AD unless theres someone else still on the outside or a family memberor friend. Does anyone know who that could be?
