I really don't think that you will find one single person to disagree with you. Way too complicated for the average taxpayer to read and understand. WHY? If it would have been simplier, it would still be in the court system or overturned.

The Repubs in Congress, like Ted Cruz and Paul Ryan, who enjoy taxpayer paid healthcare, want to take affordable healthcare away from the average taxpayer. Businesses could NOT have continued to pay the higher and higher premiums each year. Do you realize that your annual raises go to ever increasing premiums (Ins. Co. profits)? Are you OK with that?

What people don't understand is when the company pays a portion of your premium, that is part of your compensation. Companies do it this way to save on taxes (you benefit from this handling too). But ever increasing premiums cost more than the company would have given their employees as annual raises. Most employees don't understand why their raises are not higher. Get it now? It was going to insurance companies's execs as bonuses.

Last year over $2/billion in unused premiums (80% not used to pay claims or put in reserve) was returned to policy holders. Had Obamacare not been in place, this $ would have gone to Ins. Execs as bonuses. Now do you understand why the Repubs in Congress are working so hard to overturn Obamacare? Their campaign donors want their bonuses back! Are you going to go against your own interest and help them get it?

Keep in mind, the good points of the law benefits the MAJORITY of Americans at their most vunerable time; time of illness!

Too much profit in healthcare.

When the Sr Rx program was passed, why didn't they insist on volume discounts? That is how HUGE corporations work it in the Free Enterprise System. Most Seniors are on maintenance meds (take everyday). Why aren't you supporting the POTUS on this issue? Think of the MASSIVE SAVINGS!

Again, when people can get regular checkups and follow medical advice, meds would replace most expensive procedures. Again, SAVINGS!

Obamacare was a GREAT start. We need to tweek it, NOT GET RID OF IT!

Watching the news this a.m., saw where Sarah Palin brought a "Big Gulp" with her on stage. Look like mostly overweight people stood up an clapped. Smart healthy people know better.

Judging by her new slimmer size, she does NOT drink big gulps on a regular basis; so why encourage others to do an UNHEALTHY thing. I wonder if she encourages her kids to drink big gulps? Is she looking for diabeties pharmaceutical campaign donations? Such an irresponsible action; there must be a money angle!

The newscaster said that Sarah Palin entertained the group, but did NOT bring any new ideas/solutions.

Why put up with a clown who has gotten more money running her mouth than in an actual private sector job? Didn't she say she was against Big Gov't?

I thought you hated free loaders? So why keep giving them money. If the Repub party wants to be taken seriously, get rid of the greedy clowns!

Keep in mind:

Reforming Medicare shouldn't mean raising premiums and cutting benefits at a time you can least afford them.

1. Volume discounts.
2. Go after cheaters; patients and healthcare providers.
3. Make people accountable by restricting expensive procedures on the back end of life; not at age 65 (would motivate people to take better care of themselves). Why put people in their late 70's and older through so much pain and suffering?

We need affordable healthcare throughout life; not starting at age 65! That is where you will see the biggest savings!!!

Obamacare 'Kills': Michele Bachmann Health Care Claims Fact Checked

She is at her crazy ways again. Can't anyone stop her?

This is what should happen:
1. Give up her taxpayer paid coverage.
2. Apply for individual coverage under the pre-Obamacares rules.
This is what she wants for you, how many agree?

American Choice: All those against Obamacares, should do the same. Insurance companies should have total control over you and your money, if that is what you truly want.

Don't want to, didn't think so!

I am beginning to believe that your motto is: "If you don't have a legit/positive thing to add to the conversation; just post something stupid from the heart".

What a way to go through life.

There must be something wrong deep down with you. It is not normal to be so negative.

I pray you get help.

Quit acting like your intellect is superior to others and all the people on here might treat you differently. You come across as a bully that pushes but cries foul when someone pushes back.

It's not about being smarter, but rather sticking to the topic and posting intelligent thoughtful comments rather than negitive personal attacks. I take time to research and post what is being reported. If you care to, read it and respond, but keep on topic. If you want me to show you respect, I want it in return. Simple.

I often see posts about religious beliefs on here. How can I begin to take these people seriously when, the first and foremost, God would ask of anyone is to give comfort (medical attention) to those in need. I am NOT speaking to luxury items. That should be in "Free Market".

The answer to all our issues is to nationalize oil and gas and use that money to pay off debts and run the country. The country of Qatar (rich in oil and gas) has no debt, no income taxes and its people have no electric/gas bills for their homes. This country provides healthcare and all the education its people wants to be successful free of charge (a level field for all). Oil and Gas runs under the ground, so it really belongs to all the people of the US.

It may sound extreme, but it sure beats never retiring and NOT having Medicare to fall back on later on. This would create a FRESH START for ALL!

Think about it!

The first thing you posted was MORON in response to a link I posted...so don't act like you are the innocent one. When you try to bully adults, don't expect them to meekly submit to it.

BILL HAS GONE AND DONE IT AGAIN...

They're standing on the corner and they can't speak English.
I can't even talk the way these people talk: Why you ain't, Where you is, What he drive, Where he stay, Where he work, Who you be...
And I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk. And then I heard the father talk.

Everybody knows it's important to speak English except these knuckleheads. You can't be a doctor with that kind of crap coming out of your mouth. In fact you will never get any kind of job making a decent living.

People marched and were hit in the face with rocks to get an Education, and now we've got these knuckleheads walking around.

The lower economic people are not holding up their end in this deal. These people are not parenting. They are buying things for kids.
$500 sneakers for what?

And they won't spend $200 for Hooked on Phonics.

I am talking about these people who cry when their son is standing there in an orange suit. Where were you when he was 2? Where were you when he was 12? Where were you when he was 18 and how come you didn't know that he had a pistol?

And where is the father? Or who is his father?

People putting their clothes on backward: Isn't that a sign of something gone wrong?
People with their hats on backward, pants down around the crack, isn't that a sign of something?

Isn't it a sign of something when she has her dress all the way up and got all type of needles [piercing] going through her body? What part of Africa did this come from??
We are not Africans. Those people are not Africans; they don't know a thing about Africa.

I say this all of the time. It would be like white people saying they are European-American. That is totally stupid.

I was born here, and so were my parents and grand parents and, very likely my great grandparents. I don't have any connection to Africa, no more than white Americans have to Germany , Scotland , England , Ireland , or the Netherlands . The same applies to 99 percent of all the black Americans as regards to Africa . So stop, already!!!
With names like Shaniqua, Taliqua and Mohammed and all of that crap ......... And all of them are in jail.

Brown or black versus the Board of Education is no longer the white person's problem.
We have got to take the neighborhood back.
People used to be ashamed. Today a woman has eight children with eight different 'husbands'-- or men or whatever you call them now.

We have millionaire football players who cannot read. We have million-dollar basketball players who can't write two paragraphs. We, as black folks have to do a better job.

Someone working at Wal-Mart with seven kids, you are hurting us.
We have to start holding each other to a higher standard.
We cannot blame the white people any longer.'

It's very simple.
Just giving back what was received. Like I said, don't expect an adult to meekly accept your bullying.
