he got negligent homicide. if he get out we are trying to get two years supervice porbation. his blood count was .07 but the test was not good . the laryer said so they did a any test later and it was .05 . i hope it dose go to trial

jesse carvell, however u spell his last name is out of jail. Heard that he got probation for 2 years but if n those 2 years he does anything wrong, he will go to trial n may get up to 30 years n prison...

Thats great she should spend as much time with her brothers as possible that way she can still feel like part of her mothers family.
