Aquila to Pay? Way to go Cass county, Aquila is ordered to pay 1.8 million in fines and can keep the illegally built plant. Really Cass county inspectors should be held accountable. If they had been on the job the plant would not have been built illegally. Guess who will pay the fine? Ultimately it will come to the taxpayers and the users of Aquila services. Nice job of CYA!
