Texas DA Arrested for Blocking Police

RAYMONDVILLE, Texas -- A South Texas district attorney was arrested after he refused to let police search his office in an investigation into allegations of abuse of office and theft, officials said.

This whole thing is nothing more than a political witch hunt.$800 cell phone reimbursement...if that's for an entire year of use, who cares? I doubt these charges hold up.

How convenient that Guerra's two biggest political rivals are the ones after him. If the charges had any merit, the Texas Rangers or FBI would be involved.

Looks to me more like somebody wants Guerra out of the way so they can cram more prisons down Raymondville's throat.

I agree with you I'm from this town and this whole town is corrupt. The politicians are for themselves and their families, you should see how the education system is run. they have a very high drop out rate in Raymondville. It is a very sad situtation. Also Guerra is no angel either.

What we should do is vote all of them out and put new blood in the on next election I mean across the board all of them.
