State rejects former Raymond man's sexual assault appeal

State Supreme Court justices have upheld last year's conviction of a former local resident on charges that he sexually assaulted a boy under the age of 13.

I think time has come to crack down on minors who make false statements only to hide there own secrets that they do not want to come out. It is way too easy in this country to charge someone with a crime and get away with it.

I agree Stacie, some of these kids these days. Girls having sex with multiple partners, then pinning it down on someone else so they can play the victim. Some laws need to be changed and these kids need to be punished also!

you wouldn't feel that way if you knew without a dought that your child would not lie about such a horriable thing

I can't believe that people still believe a child would want to lie about this matter and that there is mothers out there that do not stand up for thier children because I would always be there for my sons
