NH Supreme Court Rejects Student Suicide Lawsuit

The New Hampshire Supreme Court says a local school district can't be blamed for the death of a middle school student who hanged himself after problems at school.

i am sorry for the kid and the mother. i don't know anything about the case but i'm guessing it was a tough decision. it happening in a place that is required by law for our kids, makes it even harder.

let's blame someone who doesn't know your child that good for him or her being gay.

It's not the schools fault her son hung himself. teach a little boy to be a little boy and a girl to be a girl then we don't have this problem.

I bet she let him comb her hair sit in the bathroom when she was showering. but it is the schools fault that he hung himself?

Right in one. Most of the emotional problems that are linked with 'aberrant'(there is no such thing) sexualities like homosexuality, pedosexuality, etc. are coming from societies vehement hatred against those people..... NOT because of the sexuality themselves.

Homosexuality is not abnormal or diagnosable unless it, like any form of mutual sex, causes problems in your life.

As a matter of fact, probably those against homosexuals can be diagnosed with psychosis, anxiety disorders, etc., if they are so far over the edge with it that it affects their lives.

What does acting like a girl have to do with being attracted to guys? They are two different things. Some gay guys are really masculine and some straight guys are really effeminate. You are stereotyping.
