To all that are following this.for the 275 people out of 4000 plus people that continue to fight this company. This last bit beats everything let be realistic it is a ploy. Nottingham can not afford to lose their state funding. I do not think the rest of the town wants their taxes to be higher then what their property is worth and that law they voted in passed by like 170 to 60 thats how many people care out of the 4000 plus that live in the town of Nottingham. USA Springs will get up and running.

Let me inform you on something else. When Attorney Gregory Smith Atty. for USA Springs,asked the town for the Manuscripts of all of the taped meetings that were held every Wednesday night, the Town
clerk proceeded to do so, but when she got to the end of the first tape, she contacted the planning board chairman by stating that they had forgot to shut off the tapes when the USA Springs group left, and so there were very racist remarks in all of the tapes like--if the Guinea thinks that he`s going to take our water he`s a new one coming! He`s best to go back to Italy!!!!So the Chairman told the clerk to destroy the tapes---19 of them, and when the clerk realized that she could be in trouble, she decided to give Francesco Rotondo a swornaffidavit about what happened. Mr. Rotondo told the Town that if he did not receive the building permit that duly belonged to him that he would sue the Town!He told the Town that he wanted what belonged to him, and that suing was not his way of making a living!I hope this clears how Mr. Rotondo feels that there are racial motivations against him, and with plenty of proof if anyone dare to suggest otherwise.
