I don't take anyone's death lightly, but here we have a mentally suppressed individual who has been incarcerated for 3 1/2 yrs. for accidentally killing someone as a result of a high speed chase which led from Raymond, MS throughout the downtown area where the crash took place. Not to mention that she's not had a hearing for bond setting within this time. We have people walking around on the streets whom we know are of sound mind that have intentionally murdered people who have either served much lesser time or no time at all. Apparently, the Arnold/Clausell family has never dealt with mentally suppressed people. This is a disease and it's not by choice. If anyone is to be blamed, let it be the Raymond police department who did not have the brains to call the chase off after seeing they were endangering the lives of others.

Don't understand high speed chases for petty offenses. Guess everybody wants to be on cops.
Used to be you didn't have to have any special training to go to work for a small town and most small town couldn't afford to send someone to the academy in Jackson and watch them go to work elsewhere with that diploma. As a result the towns ended up with some real "cases".

I didn't see where the story said that it was Raymond Police that started the chase...it could have been MHP, Hinds County SO or even Hinds Community College Police (yes, they are POLICE). Don't lay blame if you don't know the facts.
