UTUer Bagby runs for Wyoming House seat
#1 Oct 11, 2006
At a funeral is the VERY LAST place any protesters should be. Respect the family and the dead. This is a moral decision not a legal one. I hope he doesn't think these issues will get him re-elected. As for the seatbelt laws, this is also a choice by people for themselves and their families. If you dont care about leaving your wife and children alone by all means DO NOT wear your belt BUT, speaking from experience, wearing a belt will work most of the time to keep our loved ones among the living. I personally feel we are making so many laws with tiny print that there is not any freedoms we started this great country for.

Wholeheartedly agree. Seatbelt laws are restrictive of personal choice. Here in SC, we have a seatbelt law, but not a helmet law for motorcycles. If you are 21, you should make your own choices. Seatbelts are meant for personal safety. The lack of a seatbelt endangers no one other than the person choosing not to wear it. My safety is my business, not a government decision.
