MADILL a ' Marshall County prosecutors have charged an elderly man with first-degree manslaughter after a warning shot he fired to scare off some partygoers killed a Ravia resident.

Brandon was a good man. The man who shot him couldn't even begin to know the heart of each person when this happened. It was all uncalled for and i hope he gets the death row for taking his life. I know first hand how loseing a child feels. He left behind a good wife and a daughter.I pray the courts gives him what he deserves. pain striken for the ones he left behind.
