I'm not afraid to tell anyone who I am! Hell I use my real name on here and I sure the hell don't hide! I even went to city hall and told them that I called PSC! I'm not ashamed of what I did! Maybe city hall will think twice before trying to fuck the citizens again! That's the problem with people nowadays! Afraid to take action! And just think, my actions didn't cost me a penny! Just a phone call! The call was free also!

My bill went from $80.00/month to 48.00/month. Nina check yours again. In the last few months the water bills have been lower. My opinion is the glitch.
Trust me! I check my bill every month! The first month that my 2 boys moved out the bill never decreased! Still yet today it ranges the same as it did when they lived at home! It's who u r in this town! Why 3 years later did the meter man ask my husband if one of the boys moved out? That particular time my bill was between 8 and 10 dollars less but that was the only time! Following month it was right back up there and no change since!

Nope! He doesn't even have CDL license! He is one that throws the garbage in the back of the truck! So don't tell me it's bullshit! I have no reason to lie about what my husband does on his job! So now your choice! Pick
him out! Your choice!

Correct! However my husband doesn't ask for mercy! He goes to work everyday of the work week and does his job! Yes even with his heart condition he still stands up to them! That is why they don't like him!

I've heard several complaints of people whose water reading on their utility bill doesn't match the reading on their meter. Something isn't right. Now I see these posts. City Hall needs to fix this problem immediately so the people can actually have confidence that they aren't being robbed blind with their utility bills. Furthermore, if we can't be sure our government is collecting the right of money, how can we be sure they're spending the right amount of money? Do they even know what's going on? This is out of control.

The answer to your question! Hell no the city doesn't know where the problem is! Qhen I was at city hall yesterday Mike punched in our name and looked at Allie and said that it doesn't show up as a termination! Allie said she didn't know! This also happened with the man that was in front of me! There u have it! Both people out front in the office has no explanation! Why did they not ask questions before shutting people off! When Hunt walked in the shop yesterday morning he told the guys that they had 150 cut offs to get done! Unless this is an average monthly number they should have caught it and looked further into the situation!

Why not just pay the water bill when its due? You know when its due. Why should someone have to remind you when its due or behind? Its due the same time each month. Pay the bill and you wont have to worry about it being turned off.
Some can't pay their bills on time. Some people are on a limited income, and I am not just talking about welfare recipients. I know a few older folks that live on about 700 a month, and some truly disabled people that live month to month. I am not on a fixed income but once I lost a prescription for my heart medicine and had to pay full price to replace it, over $200. Needless to say I had to skip a couple bills that month, and once u get behind it is so hard to catch up.

Remember this town is run by Lucy's rules and those change daily and depends on who are and what you can do for her. The slate needs wiped clean with the mayor and council, get new people in there and I bet there will be alot discovered that the public has no idea of. She only wants back in office to continue to hide what she has done wrong. She worked closely with Kendra and I can't believe that she didn't know anything about the money, she was getting reports every year and if I heard right she wasn't sharing them with council like she was suppose to so she was covering it up just the same as Kendra. What else has she covered up? Why does she not want Kendra prosecuted? I think Kendra has the goods on her and she's scared. We need her out of office to find out what she has done. The night of the election, if she loses, someone should be in that office before she can get there and secure everything so she doesn't shred or take anything. I think she will do anything that will benefit her and I mean anything.
You're absolutely right! Get the word out people!

Now if Lucy thinks Kim Benson will be like the other one she is mistaken. It is hard for to believe that Lucy would allow this type of behavior. I know the ex clerk had a special friendly relationship with the chief. Nothing romantic. he used her and she used him. The band he plays drums in (haha) I want to see this. The singer Chase he always made sure she was there. She would write checks for whatever he wanted, but Kim doesnt do that. They even bought a refrigerator (small for office) and a freezer (what the heck for? To hold evidence in and then you think what evidence? And, then city papers the ex took out of the office and gave to Crawford for safe keeping. This is happening in Ravenswood WV not some big metropolis.

This has happened to us all. It depends who you are. The female clerk at the clerks office would get on facebook and tell her friends there water bill was due. Professional. If you can tell one you should tell them all. Thank you so much Nina for checking that out with the PSC.

The water bill issue had been goin on for YEARS!!! I know for a fact that someone at the office told a friend of mine that I had my water shut off in the past. What happened to confidentiality? They also don't follow procedure when shutting off water. No phone calls and sometimes no shutoff notice. They just do it at their leisure.

I live out of town and get my water through NJCPSD. My water bill has been very high compared to my parents. I bought me a pressure tester and checked my pressure. The tester only went to 100 lbs and it pegged it. I got me a pressure regulator and installed it and set it for 70 lbs. We still have good pressure and my bill went down about $25.00 to $30.00.

Nina, you are being foolish with not accepting insurance. For one the city is not giving you anything, that is part of the wages due your husband, granted they do pay part of the premium but it sure beats paying 100% of doctor bills for your family. That absolutely makes u look foolish.
